Salary Range: 200 - 350 OMR Negotiable (Depend upon Experience / Interview).

Job Description:

a) Inspecting workplaces to investigate accidents, causes of ill-health and complaints
b) Inspecting workplaces to enforce safety laws.
c) Examining ways to improve health and safety standards 
d) Coordinate with managers and employees to provide a safe working environment 
e) Developing health and safety programmes and strategies 
f) Keeping up to date with the law and technical knowledge
g) Writing reports
h) Develop, implement and maintain an effective program and ensure compliance to satisfy the requirements of local legislation e.g. the OHS and 
Environmental Conservation Acts
i) Liaise with on site contractors to ensure their compliance with Company safety regulations and adherence to safety standards, including basic safety induction training.
j) Assist with the formulation of emergency/contingency plans for: 
o Natural disasters 
o Industrial action 
o Political unrest 
o Fire 
o Explosions
