Perform all Nursing duties in accordance to the policies and procedures of AMG and as per scope of Nursing Service. 1.2. Perform assigned nursing care practices according to the nursing scope of service such as (but not limited Assist the Physician in performing Medical Procedures Taking of Vital signs, report, document and Carry out physician order accurately Prepare and administer medications accordingly as per the Unit or Department's protocol Monitor, assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care plans Respond to the patients needs and demands professionally. Prepare patients for Admission, Discharge or Transfer accordingly. 1.3 Conduct patient & patients family education and health care teachings 1.4 Follow hospital policy when disposing, labeling and handling biohazard materials, adhere to waste management regulations & linen management practices 1.5 Actively demonstrate updating nursing knowledge, technique, principles and practices in order to provide updated holistic patient care. 1.6 Communicate with patient, patient's family, colleagues and management effectively & professionally while following the chain of command 1.7 Adhere to all HR policies and procedures related to annual vacation, sick leave, scheduling and punctuality 1.8 Actively participates in all Patient Education, Infection Control and Quality Department training and projects and apply in daily care practices 1.9 Responsible for the confidentiality of information whether it is patient, family, colleague or Abeer related abide by the confidentiality agreement.
