Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Market research on best practices, technology & latest innovation in EPC space, Comp. intelligence

Business intelligence and review mechanism, To work with the leadership team on short-term and long-term strategic business objectives & programs

Program Management of key strategic initiatives - Coordination

Knowledge of Lean Principles implementation at construction,

Mapped existing business processes

Influence to drive change and promote improvement, both direct and indirect.

Identifies and justifies projects for reducing costs, improving quality and increasing production as part of establishing a continuous improvement environment

Soft Skills / Attributes

Financial and business acumen, analytic skills, problem solver, collaborator and great communication skills and presentation making & delivery skills.

Total Exp.: Min 1 5 yrs experience

Qualification: BE/B. Tech + MBA

Salary Offered : Upto 13 LPA
