Duties And
Responsibilities
1. To assist to generate reports summarizing financial data for use by executives, managers and other stakeholders when making business decisions. Which includes evaluating financial reports such as income statements, cash flow statements and balance sheets and determining how a companys finances will impact business operations.
2. To create tools or systems, including databases and spreadsheets, to improve financial data analysis and reporting.
3. Making sure there is a smooth change over from the old system to the new one.
4. Keeping management updated on progress.
5. Maintains computer hardware and software applications.
6. To upgrade systems or invest in new technologies to maintain operational efficiency.
7. Determine how to improve existing business process
8. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
9. Provide the process, questions, and techniques to efficiently extract the information needed from the Business Users for successful application development projects.
10. Manage all local network and server issues for network engineers and assist to identify all issues in operational processes and recommend strategies for improvements and maintain all computer hardware and software and ensure compliance to all site requirements.
11. Train all staff and clients in technical and procedural training for IT departments and provide support to all.
