ROLE PROFILE
Duties And Responsibilities:
1. To plan, design, set up, modify, optimize and monitor manufacturing process.
2. Plans and designs methods to improve production processes.
3. Reviews existing processes and develops solutions to increase productivity or reduce costs.
4. Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
5. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
6. Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
7. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
8. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
9. Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
10. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
11. Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
12. To coordinate with subcontractors to complete the jobs on time
13. Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
14. Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
