Job Description : 

need Electrical & Instrument Technicians having running plant maintenance experience in O&G
Blow are the Job responsibilities.
Pl source the CVs as per JD to avoid rejections in Tallite
Nature of Work:- (Electrical Technician)
Isolation and de isolation of all electrical equipment 11kv, 6.6kv, 415v ,dismantle & assemble of electrical equipments with as per vendor specification routine visual inspection Maintaining daily equipment reading in substation and field equipment
Repair &Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Power & Distribution Transformers of11KV/6.6kv /420v, induction motor LV, MV, HV motors & motor control system, plant lighting system & earthing system
Transformer and induction motors protection relays
Operation and Maintenance of Pakaged Type substation MV, HV, LV Switchgear 11kv/6.6kv/415v/well aware of basic refinery safety aspects
Preventive Maintenance and trouble shooting of HT, LT (11kv/6.6kv/415v)Induction motors, compressor and finfan motors, utility area service water pump, sanitary water pump, potable water pump, Fire pump centrifugal Type diesel engine pumps
Routine & preventive &predictive maintenance of different types of induction motor 415v ,6.6kv,11kv
Yearly PM of Transformer, Perform BDV Test Of Transformer oil, Transformer oil Topup, normalized the system after preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of UPS
Knowledge of testing equipment megger, multimeter, HV Voltage testers, clamp meter, phase sequence meter,cpc100,ct analyser, micro ohmmeter etc.
Routine checkup of Substation, pump rooms ,Monthly preventive Maintenance of Battery bank and Battery load test using load bank
Perform weekly fire water Pump Run Test &Earth Test using earth resistance tester
Operation and maintenance of Emergency Diesel Generator perform weekly once run test, daily monitoring generator Control Panel maintain daily record generator changeover,
Maintenance Troubleshooting and Diagnosis of Problem of soft starter, DOL star delta
Installation and Maintenance of Plant and Building Lighting System.
Temporary power supply arrangement to lighting and portacabins, equipments etc.
Maintenance and Trouble Shooting of MOV.

GULF EXPERIENCE WILL BE PREFFRED.
