  • The Senior Officer HR Operations is accountable to the VP HRA through the
  • Compensation and Benefits Manager for providing accurate, timely, and efficient payroll
  • services; for complex payroll calculations and transactions;
  • for ensuring personnel actions are in compliance with current Human Resources policies
  • and procedures and; for providing a support role to C&B Manager as and when required.

Responsibilities:

 Salary 800 BHD to 1000 BHD, with other facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration:

Prepare and Process and its subsidiaries payroll using Oracle Application.

Assisting other C&B team members in maintaining entries and adjustments to

employees details in Oracle Application.

Calculation and upload of overtime and shift allowance using BEE functionality on

Oracle Application.

Reconcile SIO invoice with the actual monthly payroll and report any differences to

C&B Manger.

Update employees salaries in SIO on a yearly basis.

Identify payroll errors and implement corrective action where required to ensure

employees payments are processed accurately.

Reconcile LMRA invoice with actual monthly payroll and report any differences to

C&B Manger.

Update and maintain payroll physical records, and ensure compensation and benefits

standards comply with company policies and other regulations or legislation.

Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information

confidential.

Investigating and solving complex payroll queries.

Manage Time and Attendance of employees by using the Oracle Application.

Reviewing the shift rotations of various departments and advice for correction if required.

Prepare yearly staff cost Budget and all other required documents related to budget.

Monthly and yearly comparison of Budgeted staff cost details with the Actual.

Manage the timely preparation of payroll related data, statistics, and other reports.

Monthly Payroll Administration with Finance Department:

Provide payroll report breakdown by payroll elements.

Transfer the payroll related journals to Oracle system and coordinate with the Finance Team for the finalization of

payroll related works.

Coordinate with finance team to pay any payroll related expenses, such as SIO, LMRA, Final settlement of employees

etc.
 

Minimum Requirements

Other Accountabilities:

Assist both internal and external auditors by providing required report and information.

Process terminated employees paperwork including final settlement and ensuring relevant documentation is updated.

Contribute to the improvement of policy, procedures, and process.
