JOB DESCRIPTION:

6 years experience
In processing industry
Must know concepts like Six Sigma MRP . Kaizen etc etc

Production Coordinator job responsibilities include:
Oversee departmental activities per standard operating procedures.
Work with shop floor supervisors in the assignment and supervision of works in order to achieve an efficient operation at all times.
Assist supervisor to see that all manufacturing orders are followed through properly to completion and are filled out properly prior to turning in.
Assists personnel in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments in order to perform work according to standard operating procedures.
Provide orderly and efficient inputs in terms of Kaizen, JIT etc etc how to continuously improve on cost base
Demonstrate Companys Core Values in all business interactions.
Support training and development of shop floor team members.
Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.
Qualifications:
Mastery in production standards and methodologies
High level of understanding of Kaizen 5S Six Sigma etc etc
Ability to motivate shop floor by adding knowledge value personnel
Prior manufacturing systems experience preferred
High-level of Mechanical Aptitude
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)

Salary: USD 1200 to USD 1500 + OT + ACCOMODATION + FREE TRANSPORTATION
