CANDIDATE WITH GULF EXPERIENCE INTO INTERIOR DESIGN IS MUST.

Installation of HVAC & Commercial Fire Fighting System.

Knowledge of fire prevention equipment and techniques, and on fire code and standard interpretation and compliance.

Application and selection of various types of HVAC & Fire fighting equipment like air handling units, Fans, condensing units, Alarm systems, Fire Extinguishing and furnaces.

Design and layout of commercial and industrial duct systems including supply, return, exhaust, Ventilation, and dust collection systems.

Application and selection of air terminal devices such as variable air volume boxes, grilles and Diffusers, and louvers.

Design, application, and selection of hydroid systems and steam/condensate systems including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated system accessories.

General knowledge of HVAC & Fire Fighting system controls desirable. Includes development of general HVAC & Fire Fighting temperature control diagrams and written sequences of operation.

Knowledge of the plumbing design and specific requirements for sanitary sewer and vent Piping design, storm sewer piping design, and domestic hot and cold water piping design.
