Job Description :
1. Ability to quote jobs independently by referring to the tender documents.
2. Knowledge of prices in UAE for interior fit out works.
3. Knowledge of suppliers of various products to send enquiries and get prices.
4. Ability to draft communication to suppliers.
5. Working knowledge of AutoCAD to check the quantities.
6. Excellent knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and must be able to prepare a detailed BOQ with cost sheet for every project.
7. Must coordinate with MEP, IT and other specialized suppliers and arrive at the consolidated BOQ.
8. Ability to assess the preliminary requirements for a project based on the tender documents and site visit.
