Job Description :
Job Responsibilities & Duties
1. Develops relationship with current customers and potential customers.
2. Creates more leads through client referral, internet and field visits. Contacts the purchase manager/ project manager to get details of the project based on the research.
3. Convert leads to sales.
4. Getting credit approval form for new clients to confirm on the companies.
5. Prepares quotes based on the clients requirement and get confirmation on the same by sales manager and CEO.
6. Follow up on the quotation with the clients.
7. Once the order is confirmed the same is advised to the sales coordinator.
8. Sales Coordinator creates the job order where the details of the order are mentioned and the same is monitored for the progress.
9. Weekly sales meeting with the sales manager to communicate on the sales / collection pipeline.
10. Preparing of reports mentioning the no of quotation send, orders in pipeline and receivable ageing report.
11. Monitor the overall execution of the project and making sure the delivery is carried out within the time frame.
12. Achieving Sales and Collection targets
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
1. Should have minimum of 4-6 years of experience in metal/steel industry.
2. Should have excellent problem solving/tactical skills.
3. Preferably have India Driving License.
4. Should know how to prioritize the work.
5. Should be flexible in travelling when required.
6. Should have proper communication and negotiation skills.
7. Should have Bachelors / Masters in Computer / Mechanical Engineer
8. Should have worked in a similar industry where in supplying materials to EPC companies.
