Key Responsibilities:

JD:

Marketing Executive- Business development and Operations. Having experience in leasing equipments and vehicles. Identifying and developing potential business opportunities in Market. Identify Business opportunities in Neighboring Countries. Candidate should be willing to travel to other countries where Company has Business Interests or in order to Develop Business. Organizing Sales Visits- candidate should be able to make his own travel plan to other countries and share with Reporting manager and discuss Business Potential present in the countries. Candidate must make a thorough market survey of the country he is visiting in relevance to cost heads that will directly and indirectly affect companys affairs while performing a business activity in that particular country. Candidate must be presentable and confident, while giving Sales Presentations to Clients. Candidate must be quick thinker and must be able to make decisions, which in turn must be in the best interest of GRRL. Candidate should possess necessary skills with regards to Negotiation and Closing of Business Deals and Agreement. Candidate Should establish and Maintain smooth relationship with Govt. officials and private customers, by Meeting on regular basis or by telephone or emails. Maintaining Accurate Records. Attending Trade Exhibitions, Conferences and Meetings. Review and Monitor Sales performance of Self and Team. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers. It is encouraged that candidate must maintain an open communication line with Reporting Manager/Senior Managers, for assistance and suggestions to improve his own performance and seek solutions as and when required. 

Minimum Requirements

Experience:3-5 years -Candidates having prior experience working with US Military and or United Nations will be preferred but not Mandatory. -Candidates having overseas experience in Equipment leasing will also be preferred.
