Location: QATAR

Note that the contract will be for 5 years

JD: 

Have deep knowledge of marine discipline and training for second officer
Shall be authorized to operate a boat with the specification (COC) 
Have a good working knowledge of a variety of vessels, their general service and operation. 
Completion of Basic Safety Training (SCTW-95 A-11/4) or similar safety trainings. 
Experience in managing teams. Be able to communicate well with his workforce and demonstrate leadership skills. 
Have basic computer skills and able to write a report 
Have a valid Bachelor's Degree in Environmental or Marine related disciplines, diploma or equivalent (4 years study). 
Be physically fit and able to swim and have a valid Offshore medical fitness certificate
