Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Organize and schedule meetings.

Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings.

Conduct research related with BD and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

Search valued information related with engineering and contracting projects in Middle East from various channels and present to BD department for references.

Maintain document control of BD department, including office correspondence, memo/agreement/contract and maintaining social media presence.

Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including Administration Management, Finance, Project Management and HR departments.

Prepare and deliver monthly reports of BD department.

Qualifications

Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role (min 3 years)

Excellent English speaking, written and presentation skills.

Proficient in MS Officespecifically MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.

In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of Engineering and Contracting industry.

Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting technique.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Integrity and confidentiality.

Degree in business administration or relative field
