EMPLOYEE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

During your service with the company your role will include the following:

Responsible about all vessels performance and technical readiness

Manage day-to-day Technical and operational performance of the fleets managed and operated

Vessels performance monitoring and prepare daily, weekly and Monthly report.

Prepare and monitor the Safety procedures to be reviewed.

Maintain vessels' Spares and stores to ensure availability of the critical items to ensure vessels'
availability not less than 98%

Ensure preparing the required Fuel oil and Lubrication Oil purchase order and follow up delivery to
avoid any shortage of fuel.

Monitor the crewing status and ensure sufficient crew are available at all time.

Monitoring and evaluation all marine unit's staff performance (KPIs).

Monitor vessels certifications and renew all certificates before expiry.

Maintain Vessels ISM documents and reports to ensure compliance with all ISM system
requirements.

Ensure vessel's crew essentials are requested on time and delivered.

Communicate with all relevant authorities and clients to ensure that Al Mari United services is
meeting the expectations of both of them.

Coordinate with the classifications society and other surveyors to ensure renewal of vessels'
certificates at any given Time.

Report to the Head Office any accident, incident that caused by the vessel's crew or affecting the
vessel's performance.

Perform other tasks that may require by the Management

In addition to the above, you may be asked to provide assistance that is related to your role.
